WARRANTY 

Shutter Hut warrants to the original purchaser that each custom shutter maintained in the window or door for which it was installed will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the shutter from the date of installation. The original factory finish is warranted for a period of five (5) years from the date of installation.

All claims for incorrect or defective merchandise must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Any defect in the order must be brought to our attention before shutters are altered in any manner or installation is attempted.

This warranty does not include any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, exposure to the elements, fire, flood, improper maintenance or acts of God. This warranty does not cover any servicing costs incurred for minor repairs or conditions characteristic to the product caused by normal wear and tear.

Shutters by Shutter Hut are manufactured to industry standards. Minor imperfections or blemishes not easily noticeable under ordinary lighting conditions in normal installations are not considered defects. Warp of any component that does not exceed 1/32” per foot will not be considered a defect.

This warranty does not imply automatic replacement of any product. Shutter Hut reserves the right to repair or replace any product at its discretion.
